我最愛朋友surprise 我, 帶我去我沒去過的地方. 這次, 就這樣, 我愛上這家可愛的居酒屋 - 喀佈貍.

我一進去的時候, 就愛上它了. Something feels so familiar.

而且, 老闆也好可愛.

一個183 club 的高個子, 名字叫"阿誠," 穿著短褲到處跑, 跟大家哈啦.

"沒問題, 我幫你們點! 一定弄好吃的給你們." ~ 帥, 我就是喜歡這種好爽的個性 .

先上小菜... (就讓我流口水了) 我也點了台啤.. a nice cold Taiwanese beer (just what I needed, 棒).

老闆說的一點都沒錯.. 確實好吃. 新鮮, 清淡, 很適合夏天的日子.

These grilled intestins were very chewy, very tasty. I really enjoyed them, especially with green onions. GOOD! 味道很香 ~~~

Some vegetables... look at the colors. Beautiful. And they tasted so crunchy and fresh..

I have to say, this beef was delicious! A little sauce, a little lemon juice... the perfect bite. YUM.

The meat was cut just right, thick and tender. Quite lovely, actually.

其實, 這裡可以享受到更多不同風味的料理. 他們的串燒是日式風格, 但其它的料理卻融合了中西日各國風味. 蠻有趣的! 但, 我最喜歡的是老闆點的 "軟絲" - 我必須說, 這是我吃到最QQQQQQ 的!

Just look at this... it's just irresistable. I really loved these squid - again, lightly grilled, with a little seasoning... and just a sprinkle of lemon juice. Pure flavor infuses into your mouth. Perfect tenderness. Thick, chewy...... So satisfying.

This was definitely my favorite dish of the night.

我超愛有晈勁, 有厚實感的食物 - YUP, 這家的 squid definitely 有晈勁,有厚實感!! 好吃好吃! 我吃一片就要吃好久.. 而且, 我吃的好快就飽了!

如果你們有機會來這家小店, 真的不要錯過 (別擔心, 老闆沒付我廣告費 ~ 哈... 但想一想, maybe he should)!

我問了我朋友為什麼他喜歡這家小店, 他回答得很棒: "因為這裡像家."

我好喜歡整個小屋都是用木頭的元素來佈置出日本的味道, 散發出一種很原實, 很樸素, 但很溫暖的感覺. 幾個小木桌.. 長長的 wooden bar 台桌. 方方的椅子. 好可愛. 我最愛這種低調的小店了 - 幾個位子而已, 感覺很親密, 很 relaxed.. 一種說不出的默契.

而這些燈.... I love these hanging lanterns. They add so much life and warmth to this little shop in the alley. 帶來一點 nostalgia (我翻了YAHOO 字典: 懷舊之情.. ?! 聽起來怪怪的 ~ 哈) ...

坐在這微暗, 暖色燈光下, 很有感覺~~

They somehow remind me of fireflies in the night - 在月亮下, 飄來飄去的螢火蟲.

突然, 老闆 "阿誠" 跑過來, 跟我朋友比賽喝酒. 我只能說: "阿誠, 你是大師!" (老闆差不多7秒拼掉了500cc 的啤酒吧 ~ 還說, 這算退步了!)

真有人情味. 感覺好像我們認識很久....

~ 下次回來, 我也要跟他比賽 ~ 哈!

Something so charming about this quaint little place. It's just a very simple, down-to-earth, yet intimate environment, where you can sit back, relax and enjoy long, personal conversations. On top of that, the food is great, and the owner is just full of life. I can't help but smile, to discover such a cozy little hang-out spot.
